This is my roommate, who is very into exercising, and loves to show off his muscles, so I figured that this would be an appropriate picture to show him as. (he loved how he looked in it)

My roommate's girlfriend, I never really hung out with her, so I didn't really know her before this.

I am not photogenic, which I have found is the case for many of my photography friends, but this makes it hard to get a good picture of me of how I am, and even harder for what I'm not. I hope I look evil in this picture, cause that is what I was going for.

Assignment #5

I used this assignment to develop some "story-telling" while doing the assignment. Finding a story with the need to use color theory took a while, but it was fun to do. Also. I wanted to try working with people more, since I usually tend to work with objects.

Assignment #4

Fast Shutter Speed: with these photos, I was able to capture a vivid moment in time. I decided to try for some movement in the air and freeze it in time to show how it was action that I captured.

Slow Shutter Speed: with these photos, I decided to capture not a "moment", but more of a "memory". By having a long shutter speed, it gave the idea of movement through time.

I loved this picture that I took of a friend in a cemetery, sitting on that bench, staring into the sunset, with the graves behind him. I think that it looks truly magnificent and heart-warming.
